Those are just kids! I wonder what they are graduating from. Let’s hope that the UN is providing more responsible and educated (and peaceful) adults for the future.
UNICEF, United Nations Children’s Fund, is behind the founding and growth of preschools in Mbandaka and other larger towns of Equateur Province. UNICEF sees preschool education as a way to boost primary school graduation rates, now running at about 20 per cent only in the Province.
